Return & Refund Policy — Lost N Awake

At Lost N Awake, every piece is crafted with premium quality and inspected thoroughly before shipping. We encourage customers to review all product details — especially size charts & measurements — carefully before placing an order.

Once purchased, size exchanges are not supported, so customer size verification prior to checkout is essential.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product received
✔ Damaged or defective item delivered

Returns for any reason other than the above — including sizing issues or preference changes — will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed & in original condition

  • All tags, packaging & components must remain intact

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.


Size & Fit Responsibility

Customers are requested to check the size chart, measurements, model reference, and product details on the product page before ordering.

Since we do not offer size exchange, choosing the correct size during purchase is the customer's responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Worn, washed, altered, or used products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale/discounted items marked as final or non-returnable

  • Accessories & limited edition releases (if applicable in future)


Return Process

To request a return for eligible cases:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share images/videos of the issue (wrong or damaged product).

  3. After verification, we will arrange return pickup or request the customer to self-ship based on location.

Returns initiated without proof of defect or wrong delivery will be declined.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval.

Refund Options:

  • Store Credit / Replacement (preferred & faster)

  • Refund to original payment method for defective/wrong product cases only

  • COD refunds will be processed via UPI/Bank details shared by customer

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, if not dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and will fall under return eligibility terms above.


Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product:

We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
