Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • Weekend or public holiday orders will move into processing the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an official tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order’s journey.

We take time to quality-check every product — the wait is worth the perfection.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Your delivery time may vary based on location, courier performance, and unforeseen logistics conditions. Typical timelines are as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders — FREE SHIPPING

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders — ₹49 Shipping Fee

You can monitor your delivery status anytime through the provided tracking link.


Multiple Item Orders

In the case of multiple-product purchases, items may be dispatched separately according to availability. You will be informed individually for each shipment.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address details are accurate at checkout.

  • If a parcel returns due to incorrect address/failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Lost N Awake is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


Damaged, Lost or Transit-Issue Claims

Should your package arrive damaged or appear delayed in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery date

  2. Share order details + photos/videos if the product is damaged

  3. Our team will assist with resolution — replacement, refund, or courier claim depending on the case
