2. Product & Pricing Information

  • We hold the right to discontinue any product or offer at our discretion.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

  • Lost N Awake reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in situations including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect payment details

    • Insufficient stock

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • In case of cancellation from our side, the amount (if paid) will be refunded as per our refund policy.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept online prepaid payments & Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Shipping is free for prepaid orders and ₹49 applies for COD orders.

  • For COD orders, refusal at delivery may result in account restrictions or denial of future COD service.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability.

  • Once dispatched, shipping responsibility transfers to the courier partner, and tracking details will be provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only under valid conditions as mentioned in our Return Policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued after inspection of the returned item.
